💼 The role

We are looking for a Protocol Specialist (with a strong Data focus) to join Rated Labs–the developer of Rated.

As a Protocol Specialist with Rated, you will be the tip of the spear for Rated as far as breaking down protocols and their rule- and agent- sets goes. This is a role that touches heavily both the Product & Data functions of Rated. At the same time, in order to be maximally effective it also requires a strong focus towards community. This entails getting involved with the various protocol developer communities that Rated works with, feeding the input we collect from users and community members back into the Product function, and developing content to help contextualize the output that Rated produces.

As the scope of work increases, this is a role we imagine can develop into a lead role for either Protocol, Product or Data–for the right person.

🛠️ The skills

• Data analysis stack (SQL, Python DataSci)
• Demonstrable critical analysis skills (asks the right questions)

👲🏼 The person

• 1+ years in crypto/Web3 as a researcher, product person or…a protocol specialist!
  • Bonus points if you’re a Dune wizard
  • Extra bonus points if you’ve worked on dashboards that describe a low level parameters of a protocol or a collection of protocols
• Some knowledge of Ethereum or other blockchain technologies, or at least very strong interest to learn
• Mission driven and intellectually curious
• Thrives in early stage environments
• Is ideally based anywhere between CET-1 and CET+1

We’re a highly technical 12 person team (and growing!), working in a hybrid/remote set-up, with a home base in London, UK.

We are all deeply embedded in the ecosystem and are working very close to the fold, in terms of research and development in Web3 infrastructure.

🎁 The offer

• Salary: $90,000 to $130,000
